Good questions.
Do I need to buy any new hardware?
No. If your property already has a cloud-connected smart thermostat, we drive it directly. If it doesn't, any off-the-shelf smart thermostat we support will do — fitted once, by any heating engineer.
Which booking platforms does it work with?
Anything that exports an iCal calendar — which includes Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and most channel managers. If you can subscribe to your bookings in a calendar app, we can follow them.
What if a guest turns the thermostat up to 30°?
Guests keep normal control during their stay — comfort comes first. Excessive-use protection steps in only at the extremes: it caps runaway settings and quietly returns things to sensible levels, and everything resets at checkout.
Does it work with UK central heating?
Yes — it's designed for it. UK wet central heating (combi or system boiler with radiators) is exactly what we built for, which is why pre-heat timing matters so much: radiators need a head start that air-con systems don't.
